“People make an organization, so fundamental change must start with your people’s day to day behaviors”

Peter - small 24-36
Peter Daemen

Principal Advisor
Energy Transition, Circular Economies and Decarbonisation

Peter combines real-world strategic, operational, and project development experience from the energy sector, gas in particular, with a career in top-tier strategic board-room consulting. Connecting this to a drive to effect meaningful change at scale, he helps large scale industrial clients and the energy sector think through fundamental strategic transformations to secure their future relevance in, and important contributions to, the Energy Transition in Europe and the Middle East.

Dew&Stone provides Peter with an avenue to help clients that are focused on finding their place in the Energy Transition and think through the related strategic circular economy and project development questions. Navigating this complex techno-commercial domain, he builds business and project development strategies around renewable power generation, hydrogen, carbon capture, biomass, and large-scale decarbonization across sectors.

Building on a strong belief that The Transition will only succeed when it is both a grassroots as well as a top-down strategic movement, he spends his personal time on driving awareness of small-scale sustainability hacks that steer clear of extremist positions but are affordable and achievable for the masses.

“5% decarbonization of the daily life of 50% of the population beats creating products that help 5% go off the grid to achieve 50% for themselves”
